摘要
针对雷达工程专业学员培养特点,对电子类实验课程从课程设置、实验教学内容调整、实验教学模式改革等方面进行了研究,提出分层次教学、项目驱动式、研究式教学的改革方法,注重课外创新实践活动,探索并建立了与科研成果进课堂、联教联训进部队相适应的新型实验教学体系,将科研资源转化为教学资源,使实验课程与科研项目密切结合,并采用实战化教学增强实战能力,提高实践教学质量和水平,促进学员的创新实践能力发展。
Aiming at the characteristic of students develop of radar engineering specialty, the experi- mental curriculum, the teaching content adjustment and the teaching mode innovation are studied. The methods of teaching at different levels, project-driven teaching and research-centered teaching are proposed, and the innovation practice activity is paid attention to. Then, the new experimental teaching system is explored and established, which is adapted to scientific payoffs into classroom and joint teaching joint training into army, for the purpose of transforming scientific research resources into teaching resources, combining experimental courses with research projects closely, the actual combat teaching to enhance practical ability, improving the quality of practice teaching and promoting the development of students' ability of innovation.
