高校复合型机动车检测技术人才培养模式探索

Research on university cultivation mode of inter-disciplinary talent of vehicle safety testing technology

立足本科高校车辆相关专业的定位及办学条件,依托校办机动车性能综合检测线实训基地,分析目前我国高校在机动车检测专业教育中人才培养模式现状,探寻培养模式中普遍存在的人才培养目标与社会需求脱节成因,完成机动车检测技术人才职业目标分析与人才培养目标确定,探索高水平汽车检测人才教学培养新模式,总结探索初步效果;提出了"多学科融合、现场教学、学训交替"相结合的高校复合型机动车检测技术人才培养新理念和教学模式。

Based on university vehicle related major and running condition, based on university practi- cal training base of vehicle capability testing technology, analyzes the present situation of university cultivation mode of inter-disciplinary talent of vehicle safety testing technology, complete to analyzes the career target of inter-disciplinary talent of vehicle safety testing technology and ensure the cultiva- tion target of talents, searches for the new cultivation mode of inter-disciplinary talent, and summari- zes the initial effects achieved; puts forward the new concept and cultivation mode of the combination of ＂multi-disciplinary integration, on-the-spot teaching, alternates between learning and training＂ of inter-disciplinary talent of vehicle safety testing technology in university.
