摘要
京津冀协同发展对于京津冀三地的高等教育是一个极好的发展契机,但是三地的高等教育发展水平呈现了不平衡的态势,资源拥有量的差距较大。旨在结合京津冀地区协同发展的要求,按照应用型创新人才特征要求,通过对京津冀产业结构与人才现状分析,提出创新型应用人才培养模式的整改方案和措施,紧密贴近国家、社会和专业的人才需求,具有一定的理论价值和实际意义,采用该模式培养大学生创新能力和实践能力取得了明显的成效。
The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a very good opportunity for high- er education, but development of higher education presents unbalanced situation, gap of resources ownership is large. This paper aims to combine the requirements of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, according to the characteristics of application-oriented innovative person- nel requirements, through the analysis of the status quo of the industrial structure and talents situation, training mode of applied innovation talents has been put forward. It has a certain theoretical value and practical significance. Obvious effect has been achieved by using this mode to cultivate undergraduates' practical ability and innovative ability.
