供给侧改革下的福州乡村旅游适应性发展策略研究

Research on Adaptive Developing Strategy for Fuzhou Rural Tourism under Supply-Side Reform

旅游业的改革包括需求侧改革和供给侧改革两个方面,它们既有对立性的一面,也有适应性的一面。现如今旅游业的需求侧已不存在什么障碍性问题,改革与发展的重点应放在供给侧上。福州乡村旅游供给侧存在四方的不适应性:乡村旅游产品供给与消费需求不相适应;乡村旅游投入要素与产出效率不相适应;乡村旅游产品开发与市场营销不相适应;乡村旅游的乡村性与时代发展的现代性不相适应。乡村旅游供给侧改革的目的是深化要素配置改革,促进乡村旅游适应性发展,提升供给的质量和效率,扩大有效供给,以更好地满足市场需求。

Tourism reform consists of demand-side reform and supply-side reform, of which there are both contradiction and compatibility. There are no obstructive problems on the demand side and the emphasis of reform and development should be laid on the supply side. There are four aspects of incompatibility in Fuzhou rural tourism supply-side reform ： the failure of tourist product supply to match consumers＇ demands ; the failure of investments to match output efficiency; the failure of tourist product development to match marketing; the failure of ruralness to match modern tourism. The purpose of supply-side rural tourism reform is to optimize resource configuration, to facilitate the adaptive development of rural tourism, to raise supply quality and efficiency, to increase effective supply and to better meet market demands.
