太湖流域中华绒螯蟹重金属镉和铬的风险评估 被引量:14

Distribution Pattern and Risk Assessment of Cadmium and Chromium in Crab(Eriocheir sinensis)around Taihu Lake

摘要 为了解养殖池塘中华绒螯蟹重金属含量的情况,以环太湖流域养殖池塘中的螃蟹为研究对象,对其蟹黄中重金属镉和铬的含量现状进行分析与评价。结果表明:调查样品的Cd和Cr的平均含量分别为0.287 mg/kg和0.474 mg/kg,其变化范围分别为0.006~0.621 mg/kg和0.068~1.437 mg/kg。单因子污染指数分析显示,重金属镉的样品大多处于轻污染和中度污染水平,重金属铬的样品绝大多数在轻污染及以下水平。膳食评估建议成人每周食用螃蟹最好不要超过5只。该研究风险评估可为环太湖流域水产品质量安全评估提供基础数据支撑。 Gathering Eriocheir sinensis samples from Lake Taihu watershed, the concentrations of Cd and Cr were analyzed and assessed. The results indicated that mean concentrations of Cd and Cr were 0.287 mg/kg and 0.474 mg/kg, respectively, with range of 0.006-0.621 mg/kg and 0.068~1.437 mg/kg, respectively. The assessment techniques of single factor index showed that samples of Cd were mostly in mild and moderate pollution levels, the vast majority samples of Cr were below the level of light pollution levels. Dietary assessment recommends that adults eat crab a week should not more than five. The study provided detailed information to facilitate the management of aquatic product quality safety around Taihu Lake.
