杜仲乳剂对奶牛子宫内膜炎治疗效果的研究

Study on treatment effect of eucommia ulmoides oliver emulsion on endometritis in dairy cows

为了研究杜仲乳剂对奶牛子宫内膜炎的临床治疗效果,试验随机调查了大庆市某奶牛养殖场产后第7天的150头奶牛的子宫内膜炎发病情况,应用杜仲乳剂对患病奶牛进行治疗,统计治愈率;同时随机选取20头子宫内膜炎奶牛分为药物试验组(Ⅰ组)和阳性对照组(Ⅱ组),每组10头,以及10头健康奶牛作为阴性对照组(Ⅲ组)。Ⅰ组奶牛每天子宫内灌注杜仲乳剂15 m L/(次·d),连续用药7 d,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组奶牛子宫灌注相同剂量的无菌生理盐水,分别于试验期第0,3,5,7,14天采集各组奶牛血液,进行血常规指标、免疫学指标和抗氧化指标的检测。结果表明:杜仲乳剂对子宫内膜炎奶牛的治愈率为87.5%;奶牛的采食量和产奶量无明显变化;与Ⅱ组相比,Ⅰ组血液中白细胞(WBC)和中性粒细胞(GRA)的数量降低;血清中Ig G和Ig A含量升高,一氧化氮(NO)含量、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(i NOS)活性、碱性磷酸酶(ALKP)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高。说明杜仲乳剂能提高子宫内膜炎奶牛的免疫力及抗氧化力,对奶牛子宫内膜炎有良好的治疗效果。

The current study was designed to investigate the treatment effect of eucommia ulmoides oliver emulsion on endometritis in dairy cow. 150 dairy cows suffering from cow endometritis at 7 day postpartum were chose as experimental animals for evaluating therapeutic effect of eu-commia ulmoides oliver emulsion on endometritis - affected dairy cow. 20 endometritis - affected dairy cows were selected as experiment groups, including drug treatment group （group I ） and positive control group（ group Ⅱ）. Meanwhile, 10 healthy dairy cows were selected as negative control group （ Ⅲ group）. The dairy cows were administrated by eucommia ulmoides oliver emulsion 15 mL/second through uterine in I group for 7 days. The milk yield and feed intake were recorded in experimental animals, and blood samples were collected for detection of blood rou-tine indexes on 0 d, 3 d, 5 d, 7 d, 14 d respectively. The separated sera were subjected to the detection of immunological indexes and antioxidant indexes. The result showed that the cure rate of eucommia ulmoides oliver emulsion for dairy cows with endometritis was 87.5% in 14 day of trial period. Milk yield and feed intake had not significant difference. The blood test indicated that eucommia ulmoides oliver emulsion could decrease WBC and GRA ceils. The concentration of serum IgA and IgG increased in treatment Ⅰ; the concentration of serum NO,NOS,iNOS, ALKP and MDA decreased in treatment Ⅰ; the concentration of serum SOD increased ; there was significant difference between treatment Ⅰ and treatment Ⅱ. In summary, eucommia ulmoides oliver emulsion has potential therapeutic effect on endometritis in dairy cow through enhancing immunity and antioxidant capacity.
