摘要 正在修订的普通高中信息技术课程标准明晰了包括"信息意识""计算思维""数字化学习与创新"及"信息社会责任"等4个核心内容的信息技术学科的核心素养。如何正确地理解学科核心素养的内涵并在教学实施过程中落实核心素养的培育,实现信息素养的提升,该文提出了强化信息意识,提高信息敏感力及甑别力;启迪计算思维,增强自动化形式化模块化系统化处理能力;感受数字化特色,培养数字化学习及创新能力、强调信息社会担当,赋予信息社会责任等可行的思路及实现的途径,并通过具体实例的分析,说明了核心素养的培育是有径可循的,是可以采用适当的教学方法、选取生动的学习素材、调动学生的主观努力来实现的。 The High School Information Technology(IT) Education Standard under amendment specified four key elements of the core literacy, which are Information Awareness, Computational Thinking, Digital Learning and Innovation, and Information Social Responsibility. This essay set out to understand the core literacy in high school IT education and to provide a workable guidance on enhancing students' core literacy through teaching practices. The essay discussed the following topics and proposed some feasible solutions accordingly: How to raise students' information awareness; how to elevate the ability to identify and resolve information; how to prompt computational thinking; and, emphasizing on social responsibility, how to establish a sense of duty in the information society. Through a number of real-world case studies, by utilizing appropriate teaching methods, selecting engaging teaching materials, and encouraging students' active participation, this essay proves, there are systematical ways to develop core literacy in high school IT education.
