信息化条件下铁路机车车辆运用统计指标体系的构建

建立综合反映运输生产全过程和机车车辆运用效率、效益的统计指标新体系,对于加强机车车辆投入产出评价具有重要意义。在分析铁路机车车辆运用统计指标体系现状及存在问题的基础上,依据铁路机车车辆运用统计指标体系构建原则,结合铁路统计信息化建设成果,研究构建综合反映新形势下铁路机车车辆运输组织效率、运输服务质量和运输经济评价的运用统计指标体系,并提出新指标体系的应用拓展方向。

Establishing a new statistics index system which comprehensively reflects the whole process of transportation production and the efficiency ＆ benefit of locomotives ＆ cars utilization has an important meaning in strengthening input-output evaluation of locomotives ＆ cars. On the basis of analyzing the status and problems of the system, according to the establishment principles of the system, combining with the results of railway statistics informatization establishment, the paper studies that a utilization statistics index system needs establishing so that it could comprehensively reflect the transport organization efficiency, transport service quality and transport economic evaluation of locomotives ＆ cars under new situation, and puts forward the utilization development orientation of the new system.
