沪宁铁路通道规划线路标准的探讨

Discussion on Line Planning Standards of Shanghai-Nanjing Railway Corridor

随着交通方式现代化发展和互联网的兴起及普及,为实现沪宁铁路通道内地区深度合作和资源共享,对沪宁铁路通道进行线路规划。在阐述沪宁铁路通道内路网现状的基础上,重点分析规划线路的速度标准,充分考虑影响该标准的区域路网规划、线路功能定位、时间目标值、路网相邻线路标准的匹配及工程投资因素,提出南沿江铁路以沿线城际客运为主,采用250~300 km/h的技术标准,北沿江铁路采用350 km/h的技术标准,以发挥沪宁铁路通道整体能力和其在路网中的作用。

Following modernization development of transport modes as well as rise and popularization of internet, in order to realize deep cooperation and resource sharing of the areas on Shanghai-Nanjing railway corridor, the line planning of the corridor is taken. On the basis of expounding railway network status of the corridor, this paper focuses on the analysis of the speed criterion of the planning line, makes full consideration on the factors influencing the criterion, including regional railway network planning, orientation of line functions, target value of time, standard matching between adjacent lines in the railway network and engineering investment, and purposes that the railway running along the south of Yangtze River should give priority to the inter-city passenger transportation along the railway and apply a 250-300 km/h speed standard, while the railway running along the north of Yangtze River should apply the 350 km/h speed standard, so as to exert the overall capacity of the railway and its role in railway network.
