Function and Framework Design of Logistics Integrated Information Management Platform in Lanzhou Railway Administration

物流综合信息管理平台建设是提升铁路物流信息化水平的重要途径,设计合理的平台功能与架构可以加快促进铁路向现代物流转型。在分析兰州铁路局物流信息化建设现状及存在问题的基础上,以实现铁路物流信息资源共享共用和一站式物流服务为出发点,依据铁路物流综合信息管理平台构建目标,阐明兰州铁路局物流综合管理信息平台基本功能,并从总体框架和网络结构2个层面,提出兰州铁路局物流综合管理平台架构设计方案,为铁路物流信息化平台后期建设与相关系统开发提供决策支持。

The construction of logistics integrated information management platform is an important approach of improving the railway logistics information level, so reasonable platform functions and framework design scheme could accelerate railway transforming into modern logistics. On the basis of analyzing the construction status of logistics informatization in Lanzhou Railway Administration and its problems, starting with realization of railway logistics information resources sharing and one-stop logistics services, according to the construction objects of the platform, this paper expounds the basic functions of logistics integrated information management platform in Lanzhou Railway Administration, and puts forward the framework design scheme of the platform by Lanzhou Railway Administration, so as to provide decision-making supports for the later-stage construction and relative system development of the platform.
