摘要
为缓解新疆棉花运输铁路棚车不足,采用集装箱装运棉花。铁路集装箱装运棉花加速了棉花流通,减少了棚车运输所需装载加固材料费用,解决了集装箱货源等问题,但集装箱装运棉花存在火灾危险性。在对铁路运输加减速、调车连挂等工况下捆扎钢丝摩擦生热、冲击摩擦升温、切削铁屑点燃棉包棉花的条件进行研究分析的基础上,根据研究结果,从包装要求、集装箱装载要求、装卸要求及温度和湿度要求等方面提出集装箱装运棉花的安全措施,确保棉花集装箱运输安全。
Containers are used to transport cotton from Xinjiang to other places in China, to supplement the insufficient supply of railroad box cars. This replacement expedites cotton transportation, lowers packaging reinforcement material cost of box cars and provides more source of goods for container transport. However, this method also escalates the fire risk, since the packaging steel wire is very likely to generate heat due to friction or vibration caused by car shunting, wagons connecting or the increase and decrease of running speed, and the generated iron turnings could easily set the transported cotton on fire. In the paper, detailed researches and analyses have been done in this regard, and countermeasures have been proposed, scuh as requirements on packaging, loading and unloading, temperature and humidity when using containers to transport cotton. The research is significant in assuring the safety of cotton transportation by using railway containers.
