摘要
随着国内运输业、保险业强劲发展,铁路保价面临挑战。铁路保价和运输保险在理论和实践上存在共性和差异性,既具有竞争性,也可以加强合作协同发展。在分析铁路保价与运输保险的共性与差异性的基础上,提出开发全程物流保价产品、开展物流两端服务合作、加强多式联运服务合作、拓新信息资源共享合作等对策,为铁路企业更好地发展铁路保价业务提供参考。
Following the fast development of transport industry and insurance industry in China, railway value insurance faces challenges. Railway value insurance has common features and differences between theory and practice, which means they not only have competitions, but also can strengthen their cooperative developments. On the basis of analyzing the common features and differences between railway value insurance and transportation insurance, this paper puts forward the countermeasures, including developing whole-process logistics value-insured products and logistics both-end service cooperation, strengthening service cooperation of inter-model transportation and innovating information resource sharing and cooperation, so as to provide references to railway enterprises for better developing railway value insurance industry.
