西北地区军队飞行员健康教育需求调查与健康教育策略

Demands for Health Education among Military Pilots In Northwest China

目的探索一种符合西北地区军队飞行员特点的健康教育模式。方法采用自行设计的"问卷调查表",对223名年龄在30~52岁驻地在西北地区军队在飞飞行员,进行健康需求及健康教育方式调查分析。结果相关健康教育知识需求率排在前3位的是"疲劳缓解技术""健康实践指导""健康实践技能",分别为40.70%、35.68%、35.18%。非常喜欢的健康教育方式排名前3位的是"专家讲座""网络""航医指导",分别为44.72%、36.68%、35.68%。结论西北地区军队飞行员健康教育需求迫切,应加强健康知识宣传教育,同时,有针对性、具体化制定适宜飞行员职业特点的健康教育策略,对新时期维护备战卫勤有着重要意义。

Objective To explore a mode of health education that is compatible with the characteristics of military pilots in Northwest China.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to inquire about the need for health education among 223 military pilots aged 30 to 52 in Northwest China.Results The top three demands for knowledge of health education were fatigue-alleviating techniques,health practice guidance,and health practice skills,accounting for 40.70%,35.68%and 35.18%respectively.The three favorite ways of health education included lectures by experts,network information,and aerospace medicne guidance,making up 44.72%,36.68%and 35.68%respectively.Conclusion Military pilots in Northwest China have an urgent need for health education so that health education should be made more available and accessible to them.At the same time,specific health education strategies tailored to the demands of these pilots ought to be worked out,which will be of great significant for medical services.
