新常态下,推动我国再制造产业的发展需要结合国情综合施策,需要从完善政策、健全标准和认证体系、推行生产者责任制、加强再制造技术攻关和推广、动员全社会等方面为再制造产业发展提供坚实基础。同时,需积极运用"互联网+"创新再制造发展体系,顺应"一带一路"战略拓展再制造发展空间,实现我国再制造产业跨越式发展。

Considering the policies of China reality, improvement of policies, perfection of standards and certifi- cation system, implementation of extended producer responsibility, research and promotion of remanufacturing common and key technologies, participation of all social sources, so as to provide a solid foundation for the develop- ment of remanufacturing industry. At the same time, it need to actively use the Internet plus to perfect the remanu- facturing development system and comply with the ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ to expand the remanufacturing de- velopment space, which to achieve a leap forward development of China remanufacturing.
