亚太国家促进小微企业技术创新的政策与借鉴

近年来,我国小微企业迅猛发展,为国民做出了巨大的贡献,然而小微企业在诸多方面仍存在问题,其中最为突出的就是其技术创新赶不上行业发展步伐。通过借鉴日本、韩国、新加坡、印度等亚太国家促进小微企业技术创新发展的经验教训,对促进我国小微企业的技术创新作进一步深入研究,并从立法、财政税收、融资、直接技术支持等四个方面提出建议以改变我国小微企业技术创新的现状,促进小微企业持续发展,从而为我国经济增添更多的活力。

In recent years, the rapid development of small and micro enterprises, which has made tremendous contributions to China＇s economic development, however many problems of small and micro enterprises still exist, of which the most prominent is its technical innovation that cannot catch up with the pace of development of the in- dustry. Learning the experience and lessons of promoting small micro enterprise technology innovation development from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India and other Asia Pacific countries. And promoting small micro enterprise＇s technological innovation in our country for further study, and in order to promote the small and micro enterprises sustainable development and economic prosperity, we can change the situation of small and micro enter- prise technological innovation in our country from the four aspects of legislation, finance, taxation, financing, direct technical support recommendations.
