从科研人员语言能力入手,研究了国际科研协同中科研人员的交流,通过科研人员语言能力的国际科研协同模型分析,发现科研人员语言交流能力以及交流的积极心理均会对国际科研协同效率产生正向影响。因此,需要建立科学高效的国际科研协同模式,便于科研人员信息交流简单快捷、减少因为科研人员语言能力不足而导致的国际科研协同效率低下;培养并提高科研人员专业语言的交流能力。

From the language ability of scientific research personnel of the exchange of scientific research person- nel in scientific research and international collaboration, through the language ability of scientific research personnel of international scientific collaboration model analysis, found communication ability of scientific research personnel and exchange of positive psychology wilt be of international scientific collaboration efficiency produced positive effect. Therefore, it is necessary to establish scientific and efficient international research collaborative model, for scientific research personnel information exchange is simple, quick and reduce because of lack of language ability of scientific research personnel as a result of international research collaboration efficiency is low; cultivate and improve the ability to communicate by the research staff of professional language.
