Research on Adult Education Theory

成人教育是我国教育体系当中的重要组成部分,同时能够提高全民素质,促进经济和社会发展。目前我国成人教育形成了多层次、多方式的办学体系,然而传统的教学方式仍旧无法满足教学需求,在一定程度上影响了成人教育的健康发展。成人教育的发展很大程度上依赖于经济发展程度和社会实际人才需求,我国成人教育经过几十年的发展,在不断的改革创新中勇闯教育盲区,为我国经济发展输送了大批高素质的专业技能型人才。在新的历史时期,我国经济结构面临转型,要求成人教育必须在改革实践中不断总结经验、突破创新,建设有质量文化体系的现代成人教育体制。

Adult education is an important part of China＇s education system. It can also improve the quality of the whole people and promote the development of economy and society. At present, China＇s adult education has formed a multi-level and multi-way school system. However, the traditional teaching methods still cannot satisfy the teaching demand. To a certain extent, it affected the healthy development of adult education. The development of adult education depends heavily on the degree of economic development and the demand of real social talents. With decades of development, China＇s adult education has continuously braved the blind spots of education in reformations and innovations. It has also provided lots of high-quality talents with professional skills to China＇s economic development. In the new historical period, China＇s economic structure faces a transformation, which requires adult education to sum up experience in reformed practice, to break through innovation and to construct modern adult education system with quality culture.
