社区教育数字化学习平台建设和资源共享研究

Research on the Construction of Platform and Share of Resources of E-learning for Community Education

数字化学习平台的建设是社区教育信息化工作中非常重要的研究内容,利用现代信息技术和云计算技术将社区内各类优质的数字化学习资源进行整合和共享,建立完善、可靠的学习资源共享机制,为建设学习型社会提供技术支撑。通过对国内部分社区教育数字化学习平台的应用现状和服务共享机制进行比较分析,探讨社区居民在参与平台应用过程中遇到的师生互动、学习需求和资源共享等问题及其原因,提出从宣传机制、师资队伍建设、服务支持体系构建和成果认证等方面来改进和完善平台的应用策略,以此促进社区教育信息化的发展。

The construction of digital learning platform is an important research content of community education informatization, using modem information technology and cloud computing to integrate and share all kinds of high quality E-Learning Resources in the community, to establish and perfect the mechanism of E-Learning Resources sharing, and to provide technical support for the construc- tion of learning society. By the comparison and analysis of the application status and service sharing mechanism of the e-learning plato form of the domestic Community Education, discussion of the common problems and reasons of the interaction between teachers and students and learning needs and resource sharing, propose tactics of a modified and perfect platform from advertising service, construc- tion of teachers, structure of service system and identification of achievement to promote the development of community education infor- matization.
