A Study on Application of Flipped Classroom in Adult Education under the Learning-centered Educational Model——Taking Oral English Teaching for Adults as an Example

成人教育因其对象的特殊性而有其自身特点,作者以成人英语口语学习为例,将"以学为中心"教育理念与翻转课堂模式应用到成人教育中,结合成人学生的实际情况,培养学生学会学习的能力,综合运用多种教学方法、手段及评价体系,制定出符合成人口语学习的翻转模式,以期达到口语学习的最佳效果。

Adult education has its own characteristics because of its special students. The author takes oral English teaching as an example, applied learning-centered educational model and flipped classroom mode in adult education, combined with the actual situ- ation of adult students to cultivate students＇ learning ability. In order to achieve the desired effect of the oral English learning, the au- thor integrates a variety of teaching methods, means, and evaluation systems, and formulates the adult oral English learning flipped model.
