摘要 马里兰学院大学(UMUC)是一所立足于成人在职学习,在全世界范围内提供远程教育、世界一流的教学型综合性大学。详细研究马里兰学院大学的历史沿革、教学管理、课程开发和师资培养特点对我国的开放大学和远程教育发展有着显著的创新启示和借鉴作用。 University of Maryland University College, a world-class university, is famous for providing adult distance education world widely. According to the detailed research of UMUC's history, features of teaching management, curriculum development and teacher training, it's helpful for open universities to develop and innovate distance education in China.
