基于ROST-CM文本分析骨关节炎的中医证候及用药规律

Excavating Osteoarthritis Syndrome Characteristics and Prescription Rules by ROST-CM

目的从中国知网数据库(CNKI)中挖掘骨关节炎的中医证候特点及用药规律。方法应用ROST Content Mining分析工具,经文本格式转化、词频分析和语义网络对骨关节炎相关文本信息进行分析处理。结果骨关节炎是以肝肾亏虚为核心,兼夹血瘀、脾虚、痰湿等的虚实夹杂证。中成药以强筋健骨为核心,常用有正清风痛宁、白芍总苷、肿痛安胶囊、仙灵骨葆胶囊、壮骨关节丸等。中药以补肝肾、活血化瘀、祛风除湿为核心,常用有牛膝、当归、川芎、独活、红花等。结论本研究应用文本挖掘方法初步阐明了骨关节炎的中医证候特点和用药规律,可为本病的临床诊治提供参考。

Objective To excavate osteoarthritis syndrome characteristics and prescription rules from Chinese Database （CNKI）. Methods Applying ROST Content Mining tool, osteoarthritis - related text information is analyzed and processed by the text for- mat conversion, word frequency and semantic network analysis. Results Liver and kidney deficiency is the core of syndrome char- acteristics in osteoarthritis, and mix blood stasis, spleen deficiency, phlegm and other syndromes. Gluten bone health is the main treatment method in Chinese patent medicine, including Zhengqingfengtongning, total glucosides of peony, Zhongtongan capsule, Xianlinggubao capsule, Zhuangguguanjie balls. Chinese medicines make replenishing liver and kidney, blood circulation and ex- pelling wind and dampness as the therapy core, such as Achyranthes, Angelica root, Angelica, safflower and so on. Conclusion This preliminary study reveals the syndrome characteristics and prescription rules of osteoarthritis, which can provide references to clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
