摘要
现有外语教材编写虽有理论指导,但缺乏对理论转化和教材编写过程的深入研究。本研究对"产出导向法"指导下的《新一代大学英语》编写过程进行分析,提出"教学理论-行动研究双轮驱动"教材编写模式,阐述在教材编写不同阶段教学理论与行动研究的作用,以及在此过程中理论与实践的互动关系。本研究表明,双轮驱动模式能促进教材的持续更新与理论的不断完善。这一模式对外语教材编写实践与编写理论研究都有所启示。
Although a number of ELT textbooks have been developed in line with teaching theories, little attention has been paid to the actual procedures involved in theory application and textbook writing. By analyzing the compiling process of i English, a series of textbooks based on the production-oriented approach(POA), this study introduces a'Teaching theory-Action research'Integrated Model, in which teaching theories and action research are integrated in a complementary and interactive way at different stages of textbook writing. It is revealed that this model can facilitate both theory refinement and textbook improvement, thus providing some insights into the practice and research of ELT textbook writing.
