摘要
医学营养治疗是肥胖及其并发症的基础治疗手段,应根据患者肥胖类型及程度,分阶段分层次综合运用多种方法和手段灵活制定个体化减重方案。减重的第一目标是内脏脂肪和腰围达标,第二目标是体脂含量达标,第三目标是体重指数(BMI)达标。第一阶段是减重的启动阶段,可采用轻断食方法顺利度过;第二阶段是减重的关键时期,以减少内脏脂肪为目的,可采用高蛋白低碳水化合物饮食,第三阶段是减重的维持阶段,以体脂含量达标为目的,推荐可长期坚持的限制热量平衡膳食。在控制饮食的同时,结合运动疗法,可达到健康减重、事半功倍的效果。
Medical nutrition therapy is one of the basic treatments for obesity and its complications. A weight-loss plan should be developed flexibly and individually, combining various methods and means at different levels and stages according to the type and extent of patients' obesity. The first goal of weight loss is visceral fat compliance. The second goal is the body fat content compliance. The third goal is BMI compliance. The first stage is the start-up phase of weight loss. It is usually achieved successfully through fast diet. The second stage is a critical period for weight loss. Its purpose is to reduce visceral fat and can be accomplished through high-protein low- carbohydrate diet. The third stage is a maintaining period and its goal is the compliance of body fat content. Calorie-restricted balanced diet that is easy to stick to on a long term basis is recommended. Diet control combined with exercise therapy can further promote healthy weight loss and enhance the desired result.
