兴城矿泉浴联合白芍总苷治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Xingcheng mineral bath with total glucosides of paeony in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis

目的研究兴城矿泉浴加口服白芍总苷结合外用皮炎霜和20%尿素霜治疗掌跖脓疱病的疗效。方法治疗组36例,给予口服白芍总苷胶囊,兴城矿泉浴,再交替外涂皮炎霜、20%尿素霜,4周为一疗程。对照组34例,除不用矿泉浴外,其余均同治疗组。结果治疗组治愈率38.89%,总有效率83.33%,复发率16.67%,对照组治愈率11.76%,总有效率58.82%,复发率60.0%。总有效率对比χ~2=8.756,P<0.05,复发率对比χ~2=6.654,P<0.05。结论兴城矿泉浴联合口服白芍总苷及外用皮炎霜和尿素霜治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效较好,治愈率高,复发率低。

Abstract： objective：To explore the effacy of Xingcheng mineral water bath plus oral total glucosides of paeony capsule combined with tropical application of Piyan cream and 20% Urea cream alternatively in the treatment of plamoplantar pustulosis .Methods：In the treatment group,36 cases took mineral water bath for 20 minutes one time a day with oral total glucosides of paeony capsules and tropically Pi-yan cream and 20% urea cream alternatively.One course of treatmeng is four weeks.In the control group,34 cases were tropically treated with Pi-yan frost and 20% uremic frost alternatively and oral total glucosides of paeony capsule Results：The cure rates in the treatment group was 39.89%,total effective rates ：83.33% and the recurrence rates ：16.67% while the cure rates in the control group was 11.76%,total effective rates：58.82 and the recurrence rates：60%.the total effective rate and recurrence rate have statistic significance compared with those in the control group（total effective rate： Χ2=8.756,P〈0.05;the recurrence rate： Χ2=6.654,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： mineral water bath plus oral Total glucosides of paeony capsules combined and tropical application of Pi-yan cream and 20% urea cream alternatively in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis have higher cure rates,total effective rates and lower recurrence rates.
