近水平单一煤层露天矿端帮内排方案优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 为缓解哈尔乌素露天煤矿面临内排空间严重不足的局面,同时降低生产剥离运距,对原有端帮内排方案进行优化,提出首先将北端帮煤沟东侧掏槽区的原煤采出,然后向内排土场方向并段,待西侧并段原煤采出一定距离具备排弃条件时,最后从▽1040端帮路西端头进行排弃,采煤和排弃同时进行,结果表明:此方案可避免部分剥离物运距"舍近求远",实际综合运距缩短1 347 m,同时提前实现了端帮排弃,有效缓解了排土场面临没有空间的不利局面,保证了生产接续。 In order to alleviate the status quo of serious shortage in space of internal dumpling for Harwusu Open-Pit Coal Mine,while re- ducing the transport distance of production and stripping, the original internal dumpling plan of end wall was optimized, and it was proposed that firstly, the coal was mined out in eastern slotting zone of northern end wall, then bench combination was carried out to the direction of internal dumpling area when the coal of western bench combination had been mined out for a certain distance, and the waste dumpling con- ditions were ready, and the waste dumpling began from western end of V 1040 end wall, the coal mining and waste dumpling were carried out at the same time. The results showed that the scheme could avoid the transport distance of production and stripping too far,and the ac- tual distance was shortened for 1 347 meters at the same time, the waste dumpling of the end was also ahead of time,the shortage of inter- nal dumpling space was relieved effectively, and the continuation of production was also ensured.
