摘要
采用普通化学浸渍法和超声浸渍法分别制备了负载Pt质量分数为0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的Pt/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,并对其结构进行表征。研究了制备条件和反应条件对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,超声浸渍法制备的负载Pt质量分数为1%的催化剂在氧碳比(n(O_2)/n(CO))为1.5,空速(VHSV)为6000~9000h^(-1),反应温度为120~140℃条件下,可以在较长时间内将出口的CO体积分数降至10×10^(-6)以下。
The Pt/γ-Al2O3 catalysts containing Pt of 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0% by mass, respectively, for CO preferential oxidation were preparated by the common chemical impregnation and ultrasonic impregnation methods, respectively, and characterized by XRD, SEM and EDX. The effects of preparation conditions and reaction conditions on the performance of catalysts were investigated. The results show that under the conditions as follows: preparing the catalyst using ultrasound-assisted impregnation, Pt loading of 1% by mass, feed gas O2/CO mole ratio of 1.5, volume hourly space velocity of 6000-9000h^-1 and reaction temperature of 120-140℃, the CO volume fraction at outlet could be reduced to 10×10^-6 for a long time.
