摘要
直接还原铁行业必须以优质、稳定的还原气作为气源,发展低成本煤制气技术可以有力促进我国直接还原铁技术发展。本文通过将中建安装公司自主研发的流化床粉煤气化技术应用于竖炉还原铁工艺,将传统炼钢厂改造成煤气化联合竖炉工艺生产直接还原铁,原炼钢工艺的制氧系统和气柜等设备可用于气化工段。结果证明:在不需要炼焦煤、天然气情况下,环保指标优于高炉,可降低投资成本,具有明显的技术优势,并可解决当前国内中小型传统炼钢厂生存困难的难题。
The development of low-cost, suitable coal gasification technology can effectively promote the development of direct reduced iron technology, which must take the high-quality and stable reducing gas as gas source. CCIEE's fluidized bed pulverized coal gasification technology with independent intellectual property rights is explored to apply in the shaft furnace reduced iron process to transform the traditional steelmaking plants to produce direct reduced iron by shaft furnace technology combined coal gasification, and the oxygen generation system and equipment including gas holder in traditional steelmaking plants can be used in the gasification process of the new technology. The results show that this technology can effectively reduce harmful gas emissions without need of coking coal and natural gas, and has obvious technical superiority, providing a feasible way to solve the survival problem of traditional domestic small and medium-sized steel mills in the current market environment.
