从生产工艺的角度论述了甲醇制丙烯工艺中影响丙烯收率的因素。这些因素包括催化剂性能、反应温度、反应器压力、反应器内构件、循环烃及工艺蒸汽配比等。在以上认识的基础上,通过优化操作工艺,最大限度提高丙烯收率。

The factors affecting the yield of propylene in the process of methanol to propylene （MTP） were discussed from the point of view of production technology. These factors include the performance of catalyst, reaction temperature, reactor pressure, the internals of the reactor and the ratio of circulating hydrocarbon and process steam. Based on above understanding to optimize the operation process, the propylene yield can be improved.
