摘要
利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对丙烷-异丁烷分离过程中的精馏塔进行研究,在设计规定下得到分离所需的理论板数、最佳进料位置、回流比和灵敏板等最优参数。通过Aspen Dynamics考察了进料变化对精馏塔塔顶压力、灵敏板温度、塔釜和回流罐液位变化以及塔顶和塔底产品采出量的影响,模拟结果对控制方案的选择和实际生产均具有重要的指导意义。
The propane-isobutane separation rectification column was studied by using the simulation software Aspen Plus, and the optimal parameters at design specification such as the number of theoretical stage, the feed stage, reflux ratio and sensitive stage were determined. The effects of feed change on the top pressure in rectification column, the sensitive stage temperature, the liquid level of column kettle and reflux tank, the overhead and bottom product fluid were investigated by Aspen Dynamics. The simulation results provide an important guidance for control scheme and practical operation.
