高等教育现代化是支撑、推动和引领中国现代化发展的重要基础和引擎。走向2030的中国高等教育现代化必须面对全球化挑战,主动适应和引领社会发展,汲取历史经验与智慧,发扬改革创新精神,完善具有世界先进水平和中国特色的高等教育现代化体系建设。以人为本、促进人的全面发展与社会可持续发展是高等教育现代化的核心理念。多样化、可持续是高等教育现代化的基本道路。鼓励创新、合作开放是推进高等教育现代化的发展动力。提高质量、促进公平是高等教育现代化的根本任务。
The modernization of higher education is the essential basis and engine to support, promote, and lead country＇s modernization development. Marching towards 2030, which is a critical year of connecting the Two Centenary Goals, we must face challenge of globalization, actively adapt to and lead social development, absorb historical experience and wisdom, promote the spirit of innovation, and improve the construction of the modern higher education system with world standard and Chinese characteristics. The core idea of the modernization of higher education is people-oriented and promoting an overall development for human beings and socially sustainable social development. The essential way is through diversity and innovation, with the dynamics of cooperation, targeting the goal of high quality and equal opportunity.
