多维视角下的工匠精神:内涵剖析与解读

随着中国经济发展进入新常态时期,以精益求精为特征的工匠精神再次回归大众视野。为更好地挖掘工匠精神的重要价值,有必要对工匠精神的内涵进行一个全方位、多视角的剖析与解读。从地域上看,东西方工匠精神的内涵虽有不同之处,但也有相通之处;从时空上看,传统与现代交织下的工匠精神内涵有所不同;从领域上看,不能将工匠精神局限于制造业领域,而应从更加多元的视角理解工匠精神内涵;从层次上看,道德层面的工匠精神固然需要,但制度层面的工匠精神更有现实价值;从育人上看,工匠精神的培育离不开学校与企业两大主体的协作配合。
