Research on Higher Vocational College Teachers' Knowledge Sharing During Practice in Enterprises

高职院校教师企业实践中的知识共享行为对教师、高职院校教育教学活动具有重要作用,然而,隐性知识的固有特征、高职院校教师主体因素、组织管理体制和组织文化等因素制约了知识共享过程,应从个人层面强调学习与反思并重、组织层面共建实践共同体、制度层面设计多元制度互补三个方面,促进高职院校教师企业实践中的知识共享。

The knowledge sharing behavior plays an important role for teachers and teaching activities in higher vocational colleges. However, there are many factors restricting the process of knowledge sharing, such as the inherent characteristics of tacit knowledge, higher vocational college teachers＇ factors, organization management system and organizational culture. The strategies to promote knowledge sharing are follows： emphasizing higher vocational college teachers＇ learning and reflection, building community of practice between teachers and enterprise technical personnel, and designing diversified and complementary system.
