摘要
文章在分析现有软件工程人才培养实践教学现状的基础上,深入研究软件工程人才培养规律,围绕实验、实训、实习三种不同实践教学类型以及导入、展示、训练、评价、强化、反馈、应用、监管八个实践教学环节,较为深入地讨论"三类型八环节"软件工程教学体系的内涵,论述校企合作实践教学基地及开放式的师资队伍的形成过程,建立量化可控的过程化实践教学保障机制,将软件工程过程管理方法引入实践教学管理,运用自主研发的软件工程实践教学管理平台,为实现教学过程和质量评价的实践教学全生命周期管理提供支撑。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the current situation of practical teaching of software engineering talents cultivation, the paper makes a further study on the cultivation law of software en- gineering talents. Furthermore, it also deeply discusses the connotation of " three - type of eight - link" teaching system of software engineering by centering on the three different types of practice teaching of the ex- periment, practical training and enterprise practice and eight links of the import, display, training, evalua- tion, strengthening, feedback, application, supervision. Meanwhile, it has discussed the construction process of practice teaching base of the cooperation between universities and enterprises and the open teaching teams. In order to achieve a better implement effect in the teaching process of software engineering practice, it is necessary to establish the quantization and controlled guarantee mechanism of practical teaching, which can provide the support for the whole life cycle management of the practice teaching in the teaching process and quality evaluation through the application of the management method of software engineering process into practice teaching management and use of the independent research and development platform of software engineering practice teaching management.
