摘要
结合新钢烧结厂生产实际,利用烧结杯试验确定的铁矿石经济技术指标和经验公式确定的有害元素对铁矿石经济性的影响,并根据新钢主要原料的物理化学性能,运用Matlab 7.1建立了基于遗传算法的烧结配矿理论模型。该模型能够判断配矿方案对烧结成品率、烧结矿强度以及烧结成本的影响,为指导烧结生产和铁矿石采购、实现低成本优质烧结提供了理论依据和技术参考。
Combined with the actual production of sintering plant in Xinyu Steel,using sintered cup test to determine the iron and steel economic and technical indicators and empirical formula to determine the impact of harmful elements on the economic performance of iron ore. And according to the main raw material properties of Xinyu Steel,theoretical model of sintering and ore dressing based on genetic algorithm are estalished by adapting Matlab 7. 1. It can judge the influence of ore dressing scheme on sintering yield,sinter strength and sintering cost. It provides a theoretical basis and technical reference for guiding sintering production and iron ore procurement and realizing high quality and low cost sintering.
