摘要
新钢焦炉煤气净化系统自投产以来存在脱硫效果差、设备检修频繁、煤气质量差等问题。在不改变整体工艺的前提下,对该系统实施了优化改造。改造后的焦炉煤气净化系统运行更加安全稳定,焦炉煤气质量也得到了改善。
Since the operation of the desulfurization system put into use,the problems appear like： poor effect of desulfurization system,high frequent for maintenance and poor gas quality and etc. The optimization and transformation of the system are implemented without changing the overall process. The coke oven gas purification system is more safe and stable,and the quality of coke oven gas has been improved after transformation.
