摘要
针对覆铜钢片原材料成本高、材料来源短缺、供货不及时等现象,采用20号钢替代覆铜钢片,并经优化成形工艺及模具设计后,降低了产品成本,保证了产品质量,提高了生产效益。
According to the high cost and shortage of raw materials for copper clad steel sheet and untimely supply,the 20#steel is used to instead copper clad steel sheet. Through the optimization of forming process and mould design,reduce the cost of product to ensure product quality and improve production efficiency.
