摘要
新钢OA系统在使用过程中出现了动态密码容易失效、因信息不畅导致公文未能及时收发和文件审批滞后的现象。对此,新钢与电信运营商合作,利用电信短信服务平台,在OA系统中增加手机短信验证功能,初步实现了移动办公,使新钢OA系统的时效性得到进一步增强。
The OA system appear the problems like： the dynamic password is easy to fail,documents fail to be received and document approval stagnation due to poor information in the course of use. In this regard,Xinyu Steel cooperates with telecom operator,mobile phone SMS verification function is added using the telecom SMS service platform in OA system,the mobile officing is initially realized,the timeliness of OA system has been further enhanced in Xinyu Steel.
