摘要
本文通过对贵州省公办本科院校图书馆微信公众平台的使用现状进行调查和分析发现,存在着对微信平台重视度不够,服务有效程度低,推送内容混乱,缺乏学科特色和整体规划等问题。为更好地为读者提供移动服务,各家图书馆应该重视平台组建运营团队,加大宣传提高关注量,开展用户群调查,分析用户行为,推出结合各家高校专业特色的栏目,提高用户粘性。
This article investigates the present application of WeChat in university libraries in Guizhou, which shows several problems such as the neglect of WeChat platform, the ineffectiveness of the service, the disorganization of the pushing content, the lack of subject characteristics and overall planning. In order to provide better mobile service to readers, the university libraries should pay enough attention to the plat- form, establish a marketing team, increase publicity and followers, carry out user investigation and analyze their behaviors, and design special column relating to its own subject characteristics to improve users'en- gagement.
