摘要
礼仪是一种社会公德,是一个人的修养和素质的外在表现。高校图书馆服务礼仪体现了高校图书馆科学管理水平和服务质量,更反映一所高校的道德风尚和文明程度[2]。本文从馆员的仪容、仪表、仪态和语言四个方面来规范馆员的服务礼仪;对高校图书馆服务礼仪建设的重要性进行了分析并提出了有效策略。
Etiquette, a kind of social morality, is the external performance of personal accomplishment. The Service Etiquette of University Library not only reflects its scientific management level and service quality, but also reflects the morality and civilization of a college. The article regulates librarians" service etiquette from the aspects of appearance, manner and language. It also analyzes the importance of the con- struction of service etiquette and raises certain effective strategies.
