摘要 功率开关故障诊断是实现矩阵变换器系统在功率开关故障下的容错运行、提高系统可靠性的前提。针对双级矩阵变换器(TSMC),分别分析了正常运行和功率开关故障下TSMC的运行模式,并深入分析了功率开关故障下TSMC输出相电压的特征。在此基础上,结合TSMC空间矢量调制的特点,提出了根据输出相电压的开关组误差电压定位故障开关的方法。所提方法具有诊断准确、无需检测直流侧电压、诊断速度快、实现简单等优点。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性以及所提故障诊断策略的可行性。 Power-switch fault diagnosis is the precondition for realizing the fault tolerant operation of matrix converter system to improve its reliability. The operating modes of TSMC(Two-Stage Matrix Converter) in normal and faulty conditions are analyzed respectively and the characteristics of its outout-phase voltage inthe power-switch fault condition are focused on. A method of faulty switch locating based on the switch- group error voltage is proposed according to the characteristics of TSMC space vector modulation,which has many advantages, such as quick and accurate diagnosis,without DC-side voltage detection,simple implementation,etc. Experimental results verify the validity of theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the proposed fault diagnosis strategy.
