摘要
由于统一潮流控制器(UPFC)串联变压器特殊的结构及接入系统方式,传统的变压器(并联接入电网)充电启动调试方法不再适用。结合实际的UPFC工程,提出了一种工程现场可行的UPFC串联变压器充电启动试验方法,并设计了试验操作步骤,能够完成UPFC工程系统启动调试时,串联变压器的充电投切、晶闸管旁路开关(TBS)的充电检查,同时完成串变的相序检查及控制保护系统相关电流互感器回路的带负荷校验。针对串联变压器充电试验,给出了临时保护的配置策略。通过对上述试验过程进行电磁暂态仿真,验证该方法不会产生危害设备的暂态过程,具有现场的可实施性。
Since the startup test method for conventional transformer(parallel grid-connection mooe) is not applicable to the series transformer of UPFC(Unified Power Flow Controller) due to its special structure and grid-connection mode,an on-site startup test method is proposed and the corresponding test steps are designed for a practical UPFC project,which,during the startup commissioning of UPFC system,realizes the energizing and switehing of series transformer,the energizing and check of TBS(Thyristor Bypass Switch),the phase-sequence check of series transformer and the on-load verification of current transformer circuits related to the control & protection system. A temporary protection configuration scheme is provided for the energizing test of series transformer and an electromagnetic transient simulation is eonducted to prove the startup test method will not cause any transient process harmful to equipments,verifying its on-site practicability.
