出行行为视角的新城规划策略研究——以南京河西新城为例 被引量:5

摘要 以南京河西新城为例,通过建立出行行为与建成环境等因素的MNL模型,研究既有新城规划对于居民交通出行的影响。道路宽度和路网密度的增加可能刺激小汽车出行;医院、娱乐设施、学校、住宅、办公场所等到达地土地利用性质更易吸引小汽车出行,土地利用混合度对新城居民的"公共交通/小汽车"选择不存在显著影响;公交线网重复率的提高促进居民公共交通出行;小汽车拥有量等社会经济因素对于居民出行行为选择有较大影响。最后,从三方面提出对新城建设的建议。 This study analyzed the relationship between transportation planning strategies and residents travel behavior of Nanjing Hexi New Town. Increases of road width and road network density are more likely to promote car travel; Hospitals, recreational facilities, schools, residential areas as well as office spaces will attract car travel; Land-use mix index has no effect on public transport/car choice of residents; Higher repetitive rate of bus lines promotes public transport~ Car ownership, gender and other factors have a remarkable impact on travel behavior choices. Moreover, the proposals and measures about planning and construction of transportation in new town are put forward in order to provide a reference for decision making of other new towns.
