摘要
为了确定南山矿瓦斯和煤自燃复合灾害工作面合理通风方式和通风量,以33183综放工作面为研究对象,采用Fluent软件从瓦斯和氧浓度分布、温度场分布角度综合分析其合理通风方式和通风量。模拟结果表明:"U+L"型和"Y"型通风方式虽能解决瓦斯问题,但从氧化带宽度、高温区特点可知不利防火;"U"型通风方式有利于防火,需配合瓦斯抽采技术解决瓦斯超限问题,故33183工作面合理通风方式确定为"U"型,既能满足瓦斯抽采要求,又能控制遗煤自燃问题。
In order to determine the reasonable ventilation mode and air volume of coal and gas compound disaster face inNashan Mine, taking 33183 face as the research object, Fluent software is used to analyze the gas and oxygen concentration distri-bution and temperature field distribution. The results show that "U + L" and "Y" ventilation can solve the gas problem, but havedifficulties to solve the fire from the width of oxidation zone and the characteristics of high temperature zone; the "U" ventilationmethod is beneficial to the fire prevention with the gas extraction technology to solve the gas overrun problem. The reasonableventilation of 33183 face is "U" ventilation, which can meet the requirement of gas drainage and controling the spontaneous com-bustion of coal.
