摘要
从煤矿安全文化的深层次角度,对煤矿安全文化建设中易出现的对安全文化价值观认识问题,煤矿安全文化价值观和行为之间的不匹配问题,煤矿安全文化建设在安全生产和管控中出现的瓶颈及创新机制成为推动创新安全文化发展瓶颈4个方面进行分析;利用心理行为学理论来剖析安全文化建设,使安全文化理念潜移默化地渗入到安全生产的各个环节,形成煤矿独有的安全文化的DNA链条,从而提高煤矿企业的核心竞争力。
From the deep perspective of coal mine safety culture, four aspects were analyzed for the coal mine safety culture con-struction, including the understanding problem of safety culture values, the mismatch problem between safety culture values andbehavior, the bottleneck of safety culture construction in safety production and management, the innovation mechanism which hadbecome the bottleneck of safety culture innovation development. The psychological behavior theory was used to analyze safety cul-ture construction, the concept of safety cuhure subtly infihrated into all aspects of safety production, and the unique DNA chain ofcoal mine safety culture had formed, which could enhance the core competitiveness of coal mine enterprises.
