综合康复护理干预对首发脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Patients with First Stroke with Dysphagia

目的:探讨综合康复护理干预对首发脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者的影响。方法:采用随机数字法将125例首发脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者分为观察组65例和对照组60例,对照组给予神经内科常规药物治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上给予综合康复护理干预。采用洼田饮水试验评价患者吞咽功能恢复情况,采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价患者的心理状态,采用《住院患者满意度量表》评价患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组吞咽障碍恢复有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组抑郁症状的程度低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组对护理工作的满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理措施有助于改善首发脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能障碍和心理状态,减少抑郁情绪的发生,且能够提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with first stroke with dysphagia.Method：A total of 125 cases with first stroke with dysphagia were randomly divided into the observation group（n=65）and the control group（n=60）.The control group was given the routine drug treatment and nursing care,while the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group.The swallowing function recovery of patients were evaluated by using Kubota drinking water test and the psychological status of patients were evaluated by using the Zung Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）,and the patients＇ satisfaction rate of nursing work were evaluated by using the hospital patients satisfaction scale.Results：The observation group dysphagia recovery efficiency was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）,and the severity of symptoms of depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group on nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures can help to improve the swallowing dysfunction and psychological status of patients with first stroke with dysphagia,reduce the occurrence of depression,and improve the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work.
