女性民俗与农村妇女的村庄政治参与——以温州L村为个案

Female customs and the village-based political participation of rural women:A case study in L Village in Wenzhou

女性、民俗和政治,三者并不仅仅是由抽象概念构成的宏大叙事关系,而是在具体时空中彼此嵌入并有着明确指向的研究课题。城镇化进程中,普通农村妇女在民俗生活提供的各种可能渠道中参与村委选举、监督征地利益失衡、培育女性民间社会团体参与社区公共事务管理等,实践了一条独特的"村庄政治"参与模式。农村妇女"村庄政治"参与模式实质是城镇化带来的"民俗生活的政治化",女性民俗的社会理性凸显,这也在一定程度上创造了转型农村社区妇女生活"新传统"。当前新型城镇化建设,需重视引导"女性民俗"于农村妇女"村庄政治"参与模式的实践功能,这将是推进"社区善治"理想一条可供选择的重要路径。

Women, customs and politics do not represent only the relations of a grand narration composed of abstract concepts but are clear research topics closely embedded in one another in a specific time and space. In the process of urbanization, the diversity of their folk life has brought rural women into the participation of village politics, such as the election of the village committee, the supervision of the shared interests in land expropriation and the management of pubhc affairs by the non - government organizations composed of such rural women, which helps form a special model of women＇s political engagement. This model is a kind of the politicalization of folk life brought about by urbanization and the manifestation of the social logos of women＇s customs, or in a certain sense a reaction of a new tradition of the rural women in the transitional period. The on - going new - type urbanization should attach great importance to the guidance of the rural women＇s participation in village politics via their folk life, which is a preferable approach to the efficient community administration.
