工勘打滑金刚石烧结钻头的开发

摘要 在工程勘探施工中,钻头钻进坚硬岩石时效率低下,以往的地勘打滑钻头在工勘钻机振动强烈的条件下又容易断齿。文章分析了工程勘探与地质勘探的设备、工艺等施工特点,针对存在的问题,采用增加钢体与胎体接触面积的方法提高连接强度,采用较少孔底接触面积和添加脆性物质的方法提高钻进速度,开发的钻头在初步试用中满足了客户的施工要求且钻头无断齿现象。 In engineering survey, the drilling efficiency of the drill bit is low when drilling into hard rock, and the geological prospecting drill bit is easy to be broken under strong vibration. The construction characteristics of equipment and technology of engineering survey and geological prospecting have been analyzed in this article. In order to solve the existing problems, the contact area of the steel structure and the matrix has been in- creased to promote its connection strength, and the technique of less downhole contact ar- ea and addition of brittle material has improved the drilling rate. The developed drill hit has met the construction requirements of the clients during the preliminary trial without tooth broken phenomenon.
