摘要
目的:研究忍冬Lonicera japonica Thunb.果实的化学成分,为忍冬果实的开发利用提供依据。方法:采用MCI、Sephadex LH-20、半制备液相等方法对忍冬果实乙醇提取物的正丁醇部分进行分离纯化,并通过波谱技术和参考文献鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为獐牙菜苷(1)、裂环氧化马钱素(2)、木犀草苷(3)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)。结论:化合物1~5为首次从忍冬果实中分离得到,为研究忍冬果实的药效物质基础及综合开发利用忍冬果实提供了科学依据。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents fi'om the fi'uits of Lonicera japonica Thunb. To provide the scientific theory basis for further development. Methods : The chemical constituents of n - Butanol fraction froin the fruits of Lonicera japonica Thunb. were isolated and purified by MCI, sephadex LH - 20, semi - preparative liquid chromatography and so on. The structures were identified on the basis of the spectral analysis and reference. Results: Five compounds were obtained and identified as Swerosid ( 1 ) , Secoxyloganin ( 2), Luteoloside ( 3 ) , Quercetin - 3 - O - β - D - glucopyranoside (4), Quereetin - 7 - O - β - D - glucoside ( 5 ). Conclusion : 1 - 5 compounds were obtained from the fruits of Lonicera japonica Thunb. , which provide the scientific basis for the further development and utilization of the fi'nits of Lonicerajaponica Thunb. .
