NF - Kappa B involves in many important biological functions, such as regulation of cell apoptosis, prolif- eration and inflammation. The research of immune mechanisms in disease become a hot spot in recent years. Different components of HIV - 1 have different effects to NF - Kappa B pathways in HIV/AIDS and NF - Kappa B pathway can be activated by TLRS mediate to influence apoptosis of immune cell, inflammatory responses and virus replication. It plays a key role in the development process of immune injury in HIV/AIDS patients. HIV/AIDS transcriptome studies TCM syn- dromes and it has found the gene expression of NF - KB pathway differences in different TCM syndromes, It may relate the clinical symptoms and immune injury of different TCM syndromes with HIV/AIDS. It can help to use Chinese medi- cine to treat HIV/AIDS patients, and improve immunity, rebuild the immune balance by research the gene expression of NF - KB pathway in different TCM syndromes with HIV/AIDS. It also can help to provide new directions for precision - targeted gene therapy to HIV/AIDS.
