活血散瘀醒脑汤对微创血肿清除后脑出血患者血浆MMP-9与神经功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨活血散瘀醒脑汤对微创血肿清除后脑出血患者血浆MMP-9与神经功能的影响。方法:选取医院2013年3月—2015年5月收治的108例脑出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各54例。两组患者入院后均给予常规对症治疗及血肿微创清除手术,而观察组患者则在此基础上加以中药活血散瘀醒脑汤治疗,观察患者治疗过程中血浆MMP-9含量及治疗后神经功能缺损情况,并对结果进行比较分析。结果:两组患者MMP-9水平均于术后2 d达到最高峰,治疗7 d后明显降低,其中观察组患者治疗7d和治疗14 d的MMP-9的水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗14 d后两组NDS均较入院时明显降低,其中观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组基本痊愈人数相比对照组明显增加(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:活血散瘀醒脑汤能有效降低脑出血患者微创血肿清除术后血浆MMP-9水平,降低其神经功能缺损程度,并因此提高临床治疗效果。 Objective: To study the influence of Activating Blood to Remove Stasis and Refreshment Decoction for plasma MMP -9 and neural function of cerebral hemorrhage patients with microinvasive evacuation of hematoma. Methods: A total of 108 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2015 as the re- search objects, and were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method, each group 54 cases. Two groups' patients were given conventional symptomatic treatment after microinvasive evacuation of he- matoma surgery while the observation group' s patients were given Chinese medicine of Activating Blood to Remove Stasis and Refreshment Decoction on the basis of that. Observe the concentration of plasma MMP - 9 in the treatment process and the neurologic deficits after treatment and compare and analyze the results. Results : The levels of MMP - 9 of patients in two groups were peaked at postoperative 2 d and the level 7 d after treatment was significantly decreased while the MMP - 9 levels of observation group on 7 d and 14 d treatment were significantly lower than that of control group( P 〈 0. 05 ). NDS of two groups after 14 d treatment were more significantly decreased and the observation group' s was significantly lower than that of the control group( P 〈 0. 05 ) and the number of basic recovery of observation group was increased sig- nificantly comparing with that of the control group( P 〈 0. 05 ). The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Activating blood to Remove Stasis and Refreshment Decoction can effectively reduce the of cerebral hemorrhage patients with microinvasive evacuation of hematoma surgery and reduce the degree of nerve function defect, and thus improve the effect of clinical treatment.
